Refund policy

At Dena Outpost, we value your time and ours. To keep our classes, sewing space, and services running smoothly, please review the following policies before booking.

Workshops & Classes

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the class are non-refundable, but we’re happy to transfer your spot to a future class if space is available.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to transfer your spot to a future class if space is available.

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled class.

Open Sew Space (Hourly Rental)

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Reservations may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Time slots may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Additional reschedule requests may incur a small fee.

Alteration Services

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Once work has begun on a garment, no refunds will be issued.

  • If you cancel before alterations have started, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 service fee.

  • Fittings missed without notice may incur an additional fee to reschedule.

Rescheduling

  • Fittings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Last-minute reschedule requests may result in a $10 service fee.

General Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Dena Outpost reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or rental due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
